Refund policy

If you have a nameplate change, you have until the Monday after the drop to submit your new nameplate to bbsnameplates@gmail.com 

Limit of one change per order, please include the name used on the order along with the order number in the email. We ask that you PLEASE try to get the nameplates correct when initially submitting your order! 

READY TO SHIP item orders that are ordered with any PRESALE item will not ship until all items are in hand!

All orders now officially have the option for Route Package Protection. Please please please read up on what this option is. IF YOU DON'T CHOSE ROUTE ALL LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE CLAIMS WILL NEED TO BE FILED BY CUSTOMER ♥️ Route has a 1-2 hour response time & will get you a new item or your FULL refund way faster than trying to communicate with shipping carriers! If you do not purchase route & your item is delivered damaged or it has been stolen but marked delivered BBS will not be accountable for that situation. Choosing not to get route may disqualify you for a full refund if the amount is greater than the provided $100 insurance from USPS. Route will guarantee a full refund!

If you have an issue with your order and it is an error that was made on our end please reach out immediately! You guys have 7 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY to submit any kind of errors to bbsnameplates@gmail.com. If you reach out to us after 7 days we can not guarantee anything can be done for you. We need you guys to please check your orders as soon as you get them! 

If you make a purchase. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL! We will accommodate all refund requests made before production has started to the best of our abilities. If you made an error while ordering we are always here to help! Orders will not be refunded after we have submitted the order the Monday following the drop. This is a presale based company, once the order is submitted that order is finalized.

If you no longer want your item but have already made a payment on the item you will be responsible for finding a buyer or someone to size swap with once your order has arrived! Please do not try to sell or size swap things that are not in hand yet.

All items are made to order and are limited edition so we can not issue refunds once the order has been submitted.
